  • Manage and track inventory in CCC tracking system
  • Return damaged parts
  • Track part quality of vendors and prepare quarterly quality report detailing returns and delivery times
  • Qualify vendors and prepare Approved Vendor List based on measured vendor performance

Requirements

  • 3 years collision parts management experience in a DRP shop
  • Experience with CCCONE required
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Formal parts management training highly desirable
  • High school education

Job Description

  • Responsible for hiring and supervision of all metal collision repair, paint, and detailing teams.
  • Must hold customer satisfaction and quality to the highest standard while maintaining respectable cycle times
  • Work closely with service advisors to ensure complete disassembly of vehicles to ensure accurate estimates and prior to start of repairs
  • Support service advisor team to document supplemental estimates
  • Manage daily production release meetings
  • Control and schedule production flow to optimize productivity and quality
  • Hold monthly meetings with production and service advisor team

Requirements

  • 5 years collision repair production management experience in a DRP shop
  • I-CAR certification highly desirable
  • Committed to continuing safety and technical education

Job Description

  • Communicate to management team all DRP requirements and collaborate with team to develop plans to meet and exceed the requirements
  • Ensure compliance to all DRP requirements while maintaining highest standard of quality
  • Capture and track all KPIs and CSI information pertinent to DRP accounts and review goals internally
  • Analyze job cost of DRP accounts and participate in rate negotiation

Requirements

  • 5 years experience managing DRP accounts for a collision repair facility or MSO
  • Excellent manager and negotiator
  • Expert-level experience with CCCONE (or equivalent) collision repair software suites required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
